The Forged Carbon Steel Threaded Cross (4-way cross) is a high pressure fitting with four female threaded ports — one inlet, one outlet (straight through), and two opposite branch outlets at 90° to the run. This fitting is used to distribute flow from a single source to three downstream lines (or combine three lines into one). The fitting is forged from ASTM A105 carbon steel, providing high strength and reliable pressure containment. All four ports are identical size (equal cross). The cross is commonly used in instrument manifolds, hydraulic distribution blocks, and steam distribution headers. The compact design replaces multiple tees and pipe spools, saving space and reducing potential leak points. Threads are NPT (National Pipe Taper) or BSP (British Standard Pipe).
Space Saving: One cross instead of two tees + pipe spool.
Forged Strength: No porosity — reliable at full pressure rating.
All Ports Equal: Symmetrical design for balanced flow.
Full Traceability: Heat number on request.
Quick Lead Time: 1/8″ – 2″ available from stock.
