The Ductile Iron Flanged Pipe Spool (also called a flanged pipe or connector spool) is a custom length section of ductile iron pipe with flanges on both ends. It is used to connect two flanged components — such as a valve and a pump — when the distance between them is not a standard pipe length. The pipe body is manufactured from ductile iron to ISO 2531 or EN 545 standards (Class K9 or K12). Flanges can be either integrally cast as part of the pipe end (for diameters DN80 and above) or loose flanges welded to the pipe ends (for larger diameters). The internal lining is typically cement mortar (standard for water) or epoxy (for high purity or low friction applications). The external coating is zinc + epoxy or bitumen, depending on service. Flanges are drilled to ANSI B16.5, EN 1092-2, BS 4504, JIS B2220, or custom patterns.
Any Length Available: We cut to your exact face-to-face dimension — no field cutting required.
